Throughout these Terms of Service, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Small Wonders. Small Wonders operates this online store and website, including the information, content, features, tools, products, and services made available through it (collectively, the “Services”).
Our store is hosted and supported by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer our products and Services to you.
These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced herein, govern your access to and use of the Services.
By visiting our website, placing an order, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.
Section 1 — Eligibility and Accounts
By using the Services, you represent that you are legally permitted to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
You may browse and purchase from our store without creating a customer account where guest checkout is available.
When using the Services or placing an order, you may be required to provide information including your email address, billing information, payment information, shipping address, and contact details.

Many Small Wonders pieces include natural stones and freshwater pearls. Natural materials may vary in color, shape, pattern, clarity, texture, and size. These variations are part of the individual character of each piece and are not considered defects.
Because many pieces contain irregular or naturally shaped materials, the exact piece you receive may not be identical to the product photographed.
Product descriptions, availability, specifications, and prices may be updated from time to time. We may discontinue a product or limit quantities available for purchase where reasonably necessary.
Section 3 — Orders
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.
Your order is considered accepted once we have successfully received and processed payment and provided an order confirmation.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing or inventory errors, shipping restrictions, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the applicable amount using the original payment method where possible.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it.
Because each Small Wonders piece is prepared individually for your order, we are unable to accept cancellations or returns for change-of-mind purchases once an order has been confirmed.
Returns and remedies for damaged, defective, or incorrect items are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Section 4 — Prices and Payments
All prices displayed on our U.S. storefront are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices, promotions, and discounts may change from time to time. The price applicable to your purchase will be the price displayed when your order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious pricing errors.
Shipping charges, taxes, customs duties, import charges, or other applicable fees may be charged separately where required.
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may include payment services provided by third-party payment processors.
You agree to provide accurate and complete payment and billing information and represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted for your purchase.
Payment processing may be subject to additional terms, verification procedures, fraud-prevention checks, or policies imposed by the applicable payment provider.
Section 5 — Shipping and Delivery
Small Wonders currently ships to eligible addresses in the United States.
Shipping options and applicable charges will be displayed during checkout.
Our current standard shipping rate is $7.90 USD, with free standard shipping on qualifying orders of $100 USD or more.
Orders are prepared and shipped from China.
Any delivery dates or transit times shown on our website or during checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delivery may be affected by carriers, customs processing, weather, peak shipping periods, address issues, regulatory requirements, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Section 6 — Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
Because each Small Wonders piece is prepared individually for your order, we do not accept cancellations or returns solely because a customer changes their mind once an order has been confirmed.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item.
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution where applicable.
Natural variations in stones and freshwater pearls, including differences in color, shape, texture, pattern, and clarity, are not considered manufacturing defects.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Section 7 — Intellectual Property
The Small Wonders website and its content, including text, photographs, graphics, product designs, illustrations, videos, branding elements, logos, product names, layouts, and other original materials, are owned by or licensed to Small Wonders and may be protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may access the Services for your personal, non-commercial use.
Unless expressly permitted by us in writing, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, sell, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from our content.
The Small Wonders name, logo, designs, product names, and other branding elements may not be used in a manner that suggests affiliation with or endorsement by Small Wonders without our prior written permission.
Shopify and other third-party trademarks appearing through the Services remain the property of their respective owners.

Small Wonders is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer the Services.
However, purchases made through the Small Wonders store are transactions directly between you and Small Wonders.
Shopify is not the seller of Small Wonders products and is not responsible for fulfilling your order or providing our products.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shopify and its affiliates are not responsible for claims arising solely from products purchased directly from Small Wonders.
Section 11 — Privacy
Personal information collected through the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Because our store is hosted through Shopify, Shopify may process certain information relating to your access to and use of the Services in order to provide and improve its services.

If an order is cancelled because of an error after payment has been processed, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Mandatory consumer protection rights remain unaffected.
